Diabetes is a growing concern around the World, and something very personal to me as I developed Type 1 diabetes in my early 20s.
Now in a normal day most diabetics check blood sugars between 4 and 8 times by pricking there finger and using a glucose meter. Google’s new technology would allow diabetics to have blood sugars continuously monitored. There are several advantages to this, and will change many diabetics life making it that much easier. One huge advantage of this is greatly reducing the risk of dangerously low blood sugars during exercise. It has the potential to provide immediate warnings when ever blood sugars fall out of the normal range.
